Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals for the installation of high-quality aluminum cladding systems. Candidates must be proficient in sub-structure alignment, panel fixing, and finishing.
Proven experience in Facade Engineering including ACP, Glass Curtain Walls, and Spider fittings.
Must understand interfacing details between different materials (e.g., where cladding meets glazing).
Knowledge of ASTM or Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards for wind load and fire safety (A2/FR panels).
Ability to coordinate with Main Contractors and Consultants on-site regarding technical deviations.
Requirements:
For Technicians: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in ACP (Alucobond/FR-grade) installation.
For Foremen: 7+ years of experience with the ability to read façade shop drawings, manage site manpower, and coordinate with consultants.
Technical Skills: Expertise in silicone application, groove cutting, and bracket fixing.
Status: Valid and Transferable Iqama is highly preferred.
