Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification mandatory
Minimum 3 years of industrial/construction experience after NEBOSH
Experience in SABIC or petrochemical projects preferred
Strong knowledge of:
Risk Assessment & JSA
PTW System
Incident Investigation
HSE Policies & Procedures
Emergency Response & Safety Training
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with SABIC HSE standards
Conduct site inspections and audits
Handle PTW reviews and safety monitoring
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
Maintain HSE documentation and reports
