Responsibilities
Assess patients with speech, language, voice, and communication difficulties
Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans
Conduct therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
Work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
Provide guidance and exercises for home practice
Support patients with developmental delays, neurological conditions, or speech impairments
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology
Relevant license or certification preferred
Previous experience in speech therapy is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with children and adults
Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
