We are currently looking for a proactive and multitasking Estimator / Quantity Surveyor cum Procurement & Store Coordinator to join our growing interior fit-out company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently handle estimation, QS, procurement, and basic store management responsibilities within a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of KSA experience in interior fit-out / contracting industry
Experience in:
Estimation & quantity take-off
BOQ preparation and costing
Procurement and vendor coordination
Material tracking and store handling
Site and office coordination
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in: English, Arabic & Hindi
Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and procurement documentation
Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement
Source materials and monitor delivery schedules
Maintain store inventory and material issue records
Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
Ensure proper stock management and reporting
Support project budgeting and cost control activities
