leading the coffee team, ensuring top-quality drinks, managing daily operations (inventory, cleanliness, workflow), training staff, creating new recipes, handling customer issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, blending leadership with technical coffee skills and operational oversight for an exceptional cafe experience especially in speciality coffees, espresso drinks, latte, cappuccino, flat white, cortado, picollo, frappuccino drinks & filtered drinks (v60, chemex, cold brew etc)
