We are strengthening our Quality team for the Jafurah SACE-2 assignment and are looking for ARAMCO-experienced Material Receiving Inspectors – Mechanical (Rotating Equipment).
POSITION DETAILS
Role: Material Receiving Inspector – Mechanical (Rotating Equipment)
Vacancies: 2 Nos
Experience: ARAMCO Project Experience Required
Work Duration: One year and above
FAT: Will be provided by client
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform receiving inspection for mechanical rotating materials and verify vendor documentation.
• Review construction drawings, vendor reports, and technical documents prior to inspection.
• Coordinate with Contractor Material Team, PMT, and PID for material receiving inspections.
• Support Korean QA/QC Manager, Engineers, and Supervisors in all QA/QC activities.
• Supervise and monitor material inspection activities as per project requirements.
• Conduct witness inspections and tests in line with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, project specifications, and local regulations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of international codes and standards including: ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (I, V, VIII, IX), ANSI/ASME B31.3/4/8, B73, NACE SPs, API 620, API 650, AWS D1.1.
• Apply thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, engineering drawings, material specifications, and QC procedures.
• Independently perform document reviews, inspections, and testing to verify contractor compliance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Academic Qualification
High School / Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.
Fully conversant with industry standards, specifications, and inspection methodologies.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Minimum 3 years as Material Receiving Inspector – Mechanical on Saudi Aramco EPC project sites.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).

URGENT HIRING – RTR QC INSPECTOR (CBT + ARAMCO EXPERIENCED)

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Mandatory: Valid FPI RTR Inspector Certificate.
EXPERTISE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Thorough working knowledge of all phases and types of critical coating applications.
• Aramco-Certified Inspector with strong familiarity with ISO, ASME, ASTM, and SAES standards.
• Proven ability to inspect materials, welding, fabrication, and installation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an RTR Inspector.
• Experience in oil, gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, or communication sector projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quality Assurance of Underground Piping Systems
Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of underground piping systems, including RTR piping installations.
• Inspection
Conduct thorough inspections of RTR and other underground piping systems.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Material Verification
Verify that all materials (pipes, fittings, etc.) meet required specifications and approved standards.
• Welding Inspection
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with approved WPS, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Fabrication & Installation Oversight
Monitor fabrication and installation activities.
Ensure proper alignment, support, and adherence to project drawings and specifications.
• Documentation
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformities.
Ensure all documentation is complete, traceable, and compliant with QA/QC procedures.
• Reporting
Prepare detailed inspection reports.
Communicate findings and issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Compliance
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordination
Collaborate with engineers, welders, NDT technicians, and other project personnel to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of work.
