Job Summary:

The Housekeeping / Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean bathrooms, and sanitize surfaces.
Ensure all rooms are properly arranged and inspected after cleaning.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean condition.
Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Support deep cleaning activities and special housekeeping projects when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is preferred.
Basic communication skills in English.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
Working Conditions:
Indoor hotel environment.
Shift-based schedule.
Requires physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
