We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for a South Indian Kerala Restaurant located in Jubail.

Requirements:
1. Experience in managing South Indian / Kerala restaurants
2. Strong knowledge of Kerala cuisine and restaurant operations
3. Ability to manage kitchen staff, service team, and daily operations
4. Good communication and customer service skills
5. Experience in food costing, purchasing, and inventory control
6. Ability to increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction
7. GCC / Saudi experience preferred
8. English and Malayalam speaking preferred
9. Arabic knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations
2. Manage staff scheduling and supervision
3. Ensure food quality and hygiene standards
4. Handle customer complaints professionally
5. Monitor stock, purchasing, and suppliers
6. Improve restaurant sales and customer service
7. Coordinate with management for business development
