We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about structural design and eager to develop their technical skills through real projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural analysis and modeling for steel structures and concrete foundations.
• Design PEB-related structures including steel gantries, cantilevers, bridges, and similar systems.
• Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Generate Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q.) and support cost analysis activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support project execution.
• Conduct site visits when required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in structural design.
• Knowledge of structural analysis/design software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of steel structure and foundation design principles.
• Familiarity with international design codes and standards.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
