Project Controls Manager (Saudi Aramco Approved)

The Project Controls Manager directs all planning, scheduling, cost engineering, and risk management functions for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The position requires mandatory, active Saudi Aramco approval to interface directly with Aramco Project Management Teams (SAPMT). The candidate must be available in Saudi Arabia for an immediate sponsorship transfer.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Develop and manage baseline schedules using Primavera P6 according to Aramco scheduling standards.
• Cost & Performance: Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) to analyze project cash flow, variances, and progress KPIs.
• Change Management: Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of variation orders, delay analyses, and extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Client Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports directly to SAPMT and company executives.
