We are seeking a Site Supervisor for villa Construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Will be discussed after valuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise villa renovation works including tiling, painting, plastering, false ceiling, carpentry
- Handle day-to-day maintenance works: plumbing, electrical, AC, waterproofing, landscaping
- Manage Labour, subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Check quality of materials and workmanship on site
- Coordinate with clients/owners for approvals and updates
- Maintain daily work reports and site safety
Requirements:
- The Candidate must be in Bahrain, Local Transfer only
- Have a qualification in B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in villa renovation, building maintenance or FM works
- Good knowledge of renovation works, finishing works, and MEP maintenance
- Ability to read drawings and take site measurements
- Experience handling small teams of technicians and helpers
- Good communication in English. Malayalam/Hindi preferred
- Own vehicle or valid driving license is an advantage
- Age should be less than 35 years old
- Indian Candidate Preferred
