Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Ticketing Staff to handle flight bookings and travel arrangements for our agency. Candidates must have immediate availability in Bahrain.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a travel agency or airline environment.
Systems: Expert knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo (GDS) and direct airline portals.
Skills: Ability to handle Issue, Reissue, Void, and Refund processes accurately.
Operations: Experience in holiday packages, hotel bookings, and visa assistance is a plus.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
