📍 Work Location: Offshore – Crane / Derrick Barge
We are seeking experienced Winch Operators to work offshore on a derrick crane barge. Candidates must have strong experience in winch operations, offshore equipment handling, and safety compliance.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a Winch Operator
• Offshore / Crane Barge experience preferred
• Male candidates only
• English speaking
• Good knowledge of offshore safety procedures
✅ Job Responsibilities:
• Operate winches safely and efficiently on derrick crane barges
• Inspect winches, cables, and related equipment regularly
• Identify and report wear, defects, or safety concerns
• Coordinate with crane operators and deck crew during lifting operations
• Strong understanding of winch systems, mechanisms, and wiring
⏰ Working Conditions:
• 12-hour shift (Day/Night)
• 8 Hours Duty + 1 Hour Break + 3 Hours Overtime
• 26 Working Days + 4 Days Friday Work as Over Time
💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Total Monthly Salary: SAR 2,800 - 3,000
• Basic Salary: SAR 1500
• Overtime: SAR 1200 - 1500
• Annual Leave: 21 Days with Air Ticket
• Valid Work Visa & Insurance Provided
