We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Switchgear Protection for a leading company in the Electrical & Power industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage secondary design protection & control for medium voltage switchgear projects
• Handle schematic design drawings for utility, private, and overseas projects
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product localization support
• Lead and mentor design teams across multiple projects
• Coordinate site support activities and ensure timely project execution
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical (Power) Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in secondary design of medium voltage switchgears
• Strong knowledge of MV protection & control systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel when required
