???? Job Responsibilities
Daily Meal Preparation — Assist in cooking 3 meals per day for camp residents.
Asian Cuisine Support — Help prepare Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Saudi-style dishes.
Kitchen Assistance — Cut vegetables, clean ingredients, assist the main chef, and maintain hygiene.
Food Portioning — Ensure proper portion sizes for person camp.
Cleaning & Hygiene — Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and cooking area.
Stock Handling — Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
Tea & Snacks Preparation — Prepare tea and simple snacks as required.
Support During Peak Hours — Help the chef during busy mealtimes to ensure timely service.
???? Qualifications
Experience working as a Chef Helper / Cook Helper in camps, hotels, or restaurants
Ability to assist in preparing Asian and Saudi meals
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow instructions from the main chef
???? Working Environment
Three meals per day + tea/snacks
Must maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen
Ability to work early mornings and long hours when needed
