Job Responsibility-
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems
Maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
Manage LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
ERP Management
Manage, maintain, and support ERP systems across all departments.
Configure ERP modules according to business requirements.
Monitor ERP performance and resolve technical or functional issues.
Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, migration, and customization.
Train employees on ERP usage and best practices.
Generate ERP reports and support data analysis for management.
Ensure ERP database security, backup, and recovery processes.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement IT security policies and procedures.
Protect systems against viruses, malware, ransomware, and cyber threats.
Manage user access controls and data confidentiality.
Conduct regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Technical Support
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Database & Software Management
Manage databases, user accounts, and software licenses.
Support integration between ERP and other business applications.
Ensure smooth functioning of all IT applications and systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
Prepare technical reports and IT performance summaries.
Develop SOPs for IT operations and ERP processes.
