Key Responsibilities
Manage overall manpower planning, allocation, and workforce operations.
Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, mobilization, and deployment.
Coordinate with project managers, HR, recruitment, and site teams to ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled.
Handle workforce scheduling and resource optimization across projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate manpower reports, timesheets, and workforce records.
Manage subcontractor manpower and labor supply coordination.
Resolve workforce-related operational issues efficiently.
Support recruitment planning and manpower forecasting for upcoming projects.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in workforce/manpower management within construction, MEP, fit-out, or large-scale projects.
Proven experience managing 4,000–5,000 employees.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Experience in GCC/Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor regulations, workforce planning, and site operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management systems.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
