We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong technical and commercial expertise in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems. The candidate must have the ability to study drawings, perform accurate quantity take-offs, analyze project requirements, and prepare professional technical and financial quotations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Study and analyze Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting drawings and specifications
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations professionally
• Review drawings and identify conflicts, missing items, or technical issues before pricing
• Obtain and follow up quotations from suppliers and manufacturers
• Analyze and compare supplier quotations technically and commercially
• Monitor project costs, budget deviations, and profitability
• Evaluate variations and additional works
• Coordinate with projects, procurement, and execution teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
• Strong experience in quantity surveying, estimation, tendering, and cost analysis
• Excellent knowledge of NFPA standards and Saudi market requirements
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience in MEP and construction projects is preferred
• Saudi market experience is highly preferred
