• Basic Salary: 2,000 SAR
• Current Incentive: 700 SAR (based on existing 70 manpower)
• Incentive will increase by 10 SAR per additional manpower
• Candidate must agree to incentive structure before joining
• Salary will be released after monthly closing on 25th date
