We are looking for a Technical Clerk to maintain project integrity by managing technical documentation, data, and reporting for our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Control: Manage the distribution, filing, and version control of technical drawings and manuals.

Data Entry: Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) and track project KPIs in Excel/EDMS.

Transmittals: Process formal document exchanges between the company, clients, and contractors.

Quality Assurance: Compile technical dossiers, certification books, and final project handovers.

Coordination: Track Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide administrative support to engineers.

Requirements:

Experience in document control or technical administration.

Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel).

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with technical terminology.
