We are looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians for preventive maintenance and servicing works on HVAC units.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for HVAC systems
* Ability to clean and service evaporator and condenser coils
* Experience in inspection and cleaning of drain lines, drain trays, filters, and internal components
* Knowledge of refrigerant gas pressure checking and leak inspection
* Ability to inspect cooling performance, airflow condition, vibration, and abnormal noise issues
* Experience in compressor performance inspection and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of blower assemblies, fan motors, belts, alignment, and belt tension adjustment
* Ability to lubricate moving parts and perform mechanical inspections
* Experience in tightening electrical terminals, supports, and mounting components
* Strong understanding of electrical parts including contactors, relays, overloads, capacitors, and electrical panels
* Ability to record ampere readings of compressors, blower motors, and condenser fans
* Knowledge of piping insulation inspection and HVAC mechanical components
* Ability to perform operational testing after maintenance work
* Capable of preparing service reports with technical observations and recommendations
* Must follow safety standards and site procedures
