Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in selecting suitable lighting solutions
* Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
* Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on trends
* Build relationships with customers, contractors, and designers
* Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
Requirements:
* Experience in retail/showroom sales (lighting or home décor preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Customer-focused approach
* English fluency (Arabic is an advantage)
