Responsible for promoting and selling hardware products (tools, fasteners, fittings, locks, hinges, etc.) to contractors, retailers, and project sites. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and retailers.
2.Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
6.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. 3–5 years of sales experience in hardware/building materials.
3. Strong knowledge of hardware products and applications.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
