SITE ENGINEER – INTERIOR FINISHING SPECIALIST
We are looking for a highly experienced Site Engineer specialized in INTERIOR FINISHING execution only.
This is NOT a general construction, structural, or fit-out coordination position. We need someone with strong hands-on experience in interior finishing works and subcontractor management.
Requirements:
* 5–7+ years experience in hotel, commercial and residential interior finishing projects
* Strong practical knowledge of gypsum, joinery, flooring, marble, paint, ceilings, decorative finishes and interior detailing
* Must know how to manage, control and push subcontractors on site
* Strong understanding of sequencing, finishing quality and site execution
* Able to solve site issues independently and maintain progress
* Civil Engineer or Architect
* AutoCAD & MS Office knowledge required
* Valid driving license
* Own car is MANDATORY (company vehicle not provided)
