Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site operations for our projects in Taif and Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and that field staff are efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site project activities and coordinate field workers.
Monitor progress and ensure tasks align with the project timeline.
Report project status, issues, and resource requirements to management.
Maintain safety standards and compliance on the project site.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Arabic (Must be able to read and write fluently).
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role on-site.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Transferable Iqama: Required (for immediate start).
