SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, control project budgets and timelines, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5-10 years in project management, preferably in telecom or network infrastructure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute FTTH project phases from pre-design through commissioning and handover
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party contractors
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years of project management experience in telecom, FTTH, or network infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise managing large-scale capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of FTTH network architecture, deployment methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office suite
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with Saudi Arabia telecommunications regulations and local compliance requirements
- Background in fiber optic network design and installation
- Fluency in English/Arabic language
