Job Purpose
To oversee and coordinate the operation of the company’s equipment and vehicle fleet, ensuring operational readiness, efficient utilization, timely maintenance, and compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Fleet & Equipment Operations
• Monitor the daily movement and deployment of company vehicles and equipment.
• Allocate vehicles and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Ensure maximum utilization and operational efficiency.
• Monitor fuel consumption and reduce unnecessary wastage.
• Coordinate drivers and transportation schedules.
Maintenance & Breakdown Management
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for all vehicles and equipment.
• Follow up on breakdowns, repairs, and workshop activities.
• Maintain complete maintenance and service records for each vehicle/equipment unit.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety and operational standards.
Reporting
Prepare periodic reports related to:
• Vehicle and equipment movement
• Fuel consumption
• Maintenance activities
• Operating costs
• Accidents and traffic violations

Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in transportation, fleet, or equipment management.
• Good knowledge of vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian traffic regulations and transportation procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
