He should able to perform calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments and laboratory equipment.
Carry out onsite and workshop calibration for pressure, temperature, flow, level, electrical, and vibration instruments.
Use calibration equipment such as pressure calibrators, temperature baths, multifunction calibrators, and flow calibration tools.
Troubleshoot instrument faults and support repair activities.
Prepare calibration certificates, reports, and maintenance records.
Ensure calibration activities comply with company procedures and quality standards.
Support installation, commissioning, and loop checking activities when required.
Maintain calibration tools and ensure proper handling of instruments and test equipment.
Follow safety procedures during onsite and workshop activities.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and customers during calibration and maintenance work.
Prefer ISO 17025 audit & documentation experience
