Aramco Approved HSE Officer with 5+ years of experience in construction, oil & gas, tower erection, lifting operations, excavation, confined space entry, and work at height activities. Experienced in hazard identification, risk assessment, PTW system, toolbox talks, safety inspections, incident investigation, and implementation of HSE procedures according to Aramco and international safety standards. Strong knowledge of heat stress management, scaffolding safety, emergency response, and lifting safety. NEBOSH & IOSH certified.
