Riyadh-based cable tray factory seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee end-to-end production (cutting, punching, forming, hot-dip galvanizing/powder coating)
- Drive output targets, OEE, and on-time delivery
- Manage quality systems, NCRs, and SASO compliance
- Lead shop-floor team, shift planning, and Nitaqat workforce mix
- Liaise with sales, procurement, and dispatch
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years in sheet metal / cable tray / steel fabrication
- Strong knowledge of GI sheet processing, punching dies, and welding
