Coating Crew Supervisor

I have over 10 years of experience with Master Paints, where I was responsible for supervising daily painting activities and guiding a team of painters. On a daily basis, I trained and managed around 10 painters, providing practical instruction on:
Paint mixing procedures (base, hardener, and solvent ratios)
Proper use of brushes, rollers, and spray techniques
Touch-up painting and surface finishing
Selection of correct brush/roller sizes
In addition to field supervision, I ensured compliance with:
Business rules and regulations
Material shelf life control
Induction time and pot life management
Safe and proper use of coating materials
I also handled administrative and coordination tasks such as:
Dealing with clients and team members
Invoice preparation
Supporting audit and inspection activities
After that, I worked for 1 year as a Coating Foreman, where I managed site activities and workforce more independently.
In 2023, I moved to Saudi Arabia, where I worked with Sinopec as a Coating Applicator, gaining experience in industrial coating applications.
Later, I joined IPS Company as a Coating Crew Supervisor, where I supervised coating teams, ensured quality control, and followed project specifications and safety standards.
