- Responsible for collecting project RFQ & RFP via email or client portal and Through Visits.
- Reviewing RFQ and Client requirements.
- Requesting price from sub-supplier for safe area material like Switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, cable gland & Poles.
- Communication with suppliers for raw material lead time and best offer.
- Discussion with clients for technical queries, design, and clarification if required.
- Selection and sizing of Junction box, LCS Local Control Station, Control Panel, Cable Glands, and Bill of material as per RFQ requirement
- Selection of suitable lighting fixtures, cable glands, beacons, horns, switches, and receptacles.
- Preparing Technical and commercial quotations for complete RFQ
- Submission of commercial and technical offers within a timely manner to secure technical approvals
- Attending online and offline meetings with clients to clarify technical queries to get technical approval to proceed with the final commercial negotiation
- Commercial negotiations with customers.
- Reviewing Client LOA or Draft PO terms and conditions to get an official PO.
- After receiving the PO from the client, issue order confirmation to QA/QC and procurement department for further documentation and production process.
- Coordinate with production and QC department to meet the desired delivery time to the client
- Coordinating with the accounts team for Bank guarantee and PBG.
- Follow up with the QA/QC team to submit and get NMR approval documentation.
- Following up with the logistic team for the arrival of raw material on time.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability and timely arrival of raw materials
- Issuing invoices based on the payment terms.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure the payment is received from the client as per the contract
- Reporting to the General Manager in connection with sales progress, achievements, and future Projects
