I am actively looking for a job opportunity with over 06 years of experience as a QA/QC Document Controller, I have specialized in supervising construction projects across various sectors, including civil works, design, fit-out, and theming, managing complex document workflows.
Duties and Responsibility
• Maintaining record of all incoming and outing documents and correspondence in hardcopy and softcopy,
• Making weekly or monthly Invoicing submittal report
• Receiving distributing & keeping proper record of subcontractor, documents, updating filling system
• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
• Checking and maintaining accuracy of dispatch documents.
• Presentation and filling of documents and drawings.
• Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.
• Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.
• Provide advice procedures of issue and methods in accessing filling system
• Documents arrangement in order to distribute among the concern person.
• Conduct meetings with construction Team & QC Engineers for raising inspection request.
• Coordinate with QA / QC Dept. Construction Dept. & Sub-Contractor for Their Materials inspections
• Submit daily reports to consultant.
• Prepare Cover Sheet of inspection request (IR’s) & Material inspection request (MIR’s) & submit to consultant.
• Received Emails of documents from central document controller and circulate to concerned departments.
• Prepare the distribution matrix for documents which is received from consultant site office. Preparing and updating the followings logs.
• Non-Conformance Report - (NCR – Internal) log.
• Observation Report – (NO – Internal) log.
• Non-Conformance Report - (NCR – External) log.
• Site Instruction Register log.
• (IR’s) Request for inspection Register log.
• (MIR’S) Material inspection request Register log.
Technical Skills
• Experience with documents control packages such as a site. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet MS Access and PM-Web & Aconex
• Utilizing a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize, organize and delegate work schedules.
• Able to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations.
• Assisting departments with queries on documentation requirement & submissions.
• Good working knowledge of modem telecommunication system (Telephone, FAX, Email, Internet, window XP & window 7 installation its software’s.
• Ability to work in multination environment
