Urgently Required Admin/Sales Coordinator For Material Trading Company

We are looking for an experienced admin, Quotation, Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Experience in quotation preparation and admin related tasks
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market pricing and supplier coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Knowledge of ERP software is required
• Driving License is mandatory
• experience in Saudi Arabia is must
• Transferrable Iqama
* South Indian preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and on time
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding pricing and project
requirements
• Handle office administration documentation, compliance, and follow-up activities
• Support sales and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain client databases, reports, and sales records
• Follow up on submitted quotations and customer inquiries
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations
