Responsibilities:
• Handle client relations and communicate directly with HR departments of client companies.
• Market recruitment services to corporate clients and build strong business relationships.
• Coordinate manpower supply across different professional fields.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the agency.
Requirements:
• Female candidate of Indian nationality.
• Previous experience in recruitment/manpower supply agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and corporate dealings.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, email, database management).
• Ability to manage client accounts and deliver professional service.
