Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor / MEP Engineer with over 20 years of experience in MEP construction projects, including 10+ years in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia & Qatar). Experienced in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects with strong expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, interim payment applications, variation claims, and cost control for MEP works.
Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, with hands-on experience in project coordination, procurement support, material reconciliation, and project reporting. Proficient in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, MS Excel, and MS Word.
