Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Diploma Engineer to join our team as a Site Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily on-site operations for our construction and premium interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design drawings and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality finishes, strict adherence to timelines, and flawless documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction and interior fit-out activities, ensuring work meets company quality standards and client specifications.
Drawing & Technical Skills: Read, thoroughly understand, and execute architectural/interior design drawings. Independently prepare accurate shop drawings when required.
Documentation: Maintain and submit all necessary project documentation, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material submission logs, and site inspection requests.
Coordination: Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, laborers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Minimum Requirement).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in site supervision, specifically within interior fit-out and construction projects.
Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license (essential for travel between project sites).
Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read drawings and proficiency in drafting software (like AutoCAD) to create shop drawings.
Communication: Clear communication skills to manage site labor and handle paperwork/reporting efficiently.
