We are currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Administrator to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance administration or related field
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Material Management (MM)
Familiar with maintenance procedures and documentation processes
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, especially formulas and reporting tools
Proficient in preparing professional presentation reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
Good communication skills and proficient in English (written and verbal)
Must have a transferable Iqama
Responsibilities:
Handle maintenance-related administrative activities and reports
Manage spare parts and material transactions through SAP
Prepare maintenance performance reports and presentations
Coordinate with maintenance teams and other departments
Maintain proper documentation and records
