Duties and Responsibilities:
â?¢ Supervision of whole works that executed at site by company or by subcontractors.
â?¢ Coordination with Sub Contractors for smooth and expeditiously construction of
structures like box and pipes culverts.
â?¢ Conducting site surveys, fixing alignment, setting levels for sub-grade, ABC, and surface
layers, and ensuring correct slopes, grades, and geometry.

proper techniques are used.
â?¢ Overseeing the systematic placement of rockfill in layers (rock filling), ensuring proper
dumping and spreading of rock materials.
â?¢ Monitoring the rockfill compaction process, including verifying that compaction
equipment (e.g., heavy vibratory rollers) operates for the required number of passes to
achieve specified density.
â?¢ Ensuring that the layout corresponds precisely with the approved structural drawings and
shop drawings.
â?¢ Analyzing technical specifications and shop drawings to guide workers on the precise
cutting requirements.
â?¢ Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and the project manager to ensure smooth
operations and address technical challenges promptly.
