Sales & Marketing Specialist (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

-Lead Generation: Prospect and secure new B2B clients in the facility management and security markets.

-Proposals & Tenders: Prepare, present, and negotiate technical/commercial proposals and participate in market tenders.

-Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sectors.

-Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to commercial complexes and corporate offices to pitch company services.

-Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities and provide sales analytical reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Experience: 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in Facility Management, Cleaning, or Security Services within Saudi Arabia (Riyadh market experience highly preferred).

-Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

-Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and preparing formal business reports.

-License: A valid Saudi driver’s license is mandatory.

-Language: Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is highly advantageous.
