Company Description:
We, Ghars Al Mazen, are involved in the MEP scope of work for swimming pools, water features, jacuzzis and other water-related projects.
Role Description:
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed coordinated 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare accurate and coordinated MEP models based on design drawings and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and coordination teams to ensure clash-free models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate all MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical) within BIM environment.
• Assist in generating shop drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Maintain proper model standards, BIM files, and project documentation.
• Support site teams with BIM-related clarifications and updates when required.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (MEP preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflow.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
