I am currently seeking an opportunity as a Civil / Estimation Engineer in Riyadh, with over 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, including site execution and tendering works.
Expertise:
• Site supervision and execution of civil works
• Coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
• Preparation of site reports and documentation
• Preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
• Tendering support, cost estimation, and bid preparation
Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Experience in site execution, quality control, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
