Key duties & Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Advertising: Write job descriptions, post listings on job boards/social media, and build pools of qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate skills.
Selection & Hiring: Perform background/reference checks, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.
Onboarding: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Process Management: Track hiring metrics, manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and maintain recruitment records
