Prepare, scan, and file project documents.
Control incoming and outgoing documents.
Update document registers and logs.
Coordinate with site engineers and office staff.
Ensure proper document numbering and filing system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills (English).
Organized and detail-oriented.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of construction documents (advantage).
Experience in filing and office administration (optional).
