Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive for O&M Services is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s operation and maintenance service offerings. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets within designated sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plants, Substation, Industrial plants, utilities, Manufacturing Plants etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for O&M contracts (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Civil & MEP Sectors) in target markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with technical teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and service delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and service capability.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policy.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecast regularly.
• Support marketing activities including campaigns, exhibitions, presentations, and promotional material.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent follow-up and service quality monitoring.
• Maintain CRM records and documentation of all sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing of O&M or technical service solutions (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Civil & MEP Sectors, industrial maintenance sectors).
• Strong understanding of O&M processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and preventive/predictive maintenance concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
• Strong technical aptitude and customer-focused approach.
• Iqama Transferrable, with KSA Driving License
