Leveraging our strong partner network, we have successfully secured a direct 2-year contract with a major industrial corporation in Jubail. This landmark project involves organizing, mobilizing, and managing a workforce of over 500 personnel, alongside executing construction and maintenance services, and deploying heavy equipment.
Guided by a clear, aggressive strategic vision, we aim to compete with industry giants by delivering unmatched quality, operational transparency, strict contract compliance, and exceptional workforce care (including timely payroll and robust incentives). To drive this milestone project from mobilization to full execution, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Project Manager to join us as a key success partner.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Fully manage and oversee the project from foundational setup, mobilization, and team alignment through to achieving long-term strategic goals, working directly with the company owner.
• Team Building: Collaborate on designing, hiring, and structuring a highly competent, efficient operations and support team.
• Workforce & Resource Optimization: Strategically manage and deploy manpower via the Ajeer system, optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing sub-contracting by negotiating directly with employee sponsors.
• Commercial & Market Management: Analyze market dynamics, draft accurate commercial quotations, proposals, and tailored manpower supply agreements for corporate clients.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with internal recruitment, operations, and logistics teams to ensure client workforce demands are met seamlessly and promptly.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with sub-contractors, client project managers, procurement departments, and HR teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in industrial manpower supply, industrial services, or large-scale project operations management.
• Education: Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional certifications/training in business, engineering, or project management.
• Industry Network: A robust, pre-existing database of clients and strong professional relationships within the Saudi industrial and construction sectors.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of the Saudi labor market, GOSI, QIWA, and Saudi Labor Law / manpower regulations.
• Core Competencies: A proactive mindset with exceptional skills in optimizing quality, time, cost, and operational precision.
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
