Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Prepare invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Coordinate with suppliers and handle purchasing activities
Source materials and negotiate prices with vendors
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Assist management with administrative and financial tasks
Coordinate with auditors and maintain audit-related records
Ensure compliance with Bahrain accounting, VAT, and tax regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and purchasing
Strong knowledge of auditing and taxation/VAT regulations
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in Bahrain market is preferred
Transferable visa preferred
