Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations.
Ensure quality control standards for cleaning, fabric care, and hygiene.
Lead and support operational staff to achieve performance targets.
Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance when required.
Optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
Maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Prepare operational reports and track workflow performance.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in commercial laundry, hospitality, or healthcare laundry operations.
Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, detergents, stain treatment, and fabric handling.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid driving license preferred.
