Assistant Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards, assist the Head Chef with meal preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, monitor stock levels, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times. The candidate will also support the kitchen team during busy hours and special events.
Barista Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, take customer orders, operate coffee equipment, handle POS transactions, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and provide excellent customer service in a friendly environment.
Qualifications:
-Previous barista experience is preferred
-Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Flexible to work weekends and holidays
-Candidate must be currently in Bahrain
-Transferable visa required
