Operations And Administration Manager

We are a culture-driven brand experience and events agency based in Bahrain operating across the GCC. We own and produce some of the region's most recognised creative properties and work with a roster of leading regional and international brands.

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Operations and Administration Manager to own the full operational backbone of the business. This is not a passive role. You will be running the finances, managing the office, handling HR and providing operations support

What you will be required to do:

Day to day accounts including invoicing, receivables, payables, VAT filing and monthly reporting
Full office administration including government liaison, permits, legal documentation and regulatory compliance across LMRA, GOSI, Tamkeen and BTEA
HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing and payroll
Event operations support across company projects
Vendor sourcing, inventory management and all operational logistics

What we are looking for:

5 -7 years in an operations or administration role — agency or events experience is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of Bahrain's regulatory and government landscape
Comfortable with accounts management and VAT filing
Highly organised, discreet and able to work independently in a fast moving environment
Strong English communication skills — Arabic is an advantage
Valid Bahrain driving license
